We accept HEIC, JPG, and PNG files. You can upload photos directly from your computer or mobile device. We recommend file sizes between 2-5 MB and a resolution of 150+ PPI for the best results.
This product is easiest to work with from a computer or tablet. You can easily upload photos from your phone with our QR code feature!
Your project will automatically save as you update it. An internet connection is required to save your edits. You can leave and come back to it at any time. Your drafts can be found at My Account → My Creations. Your project draft will be saved in your account for two years.
